Delete your VibeUndo account

This page explains how to delete your VibeUndo account (developer: VibeUndo, app in.vibeundo) and exactly what happens to your data. You can delete your account yourself at any time — no approval needed.

Delete your account (recommended)

Go to app.vibeundo.in and log in with your registered phone number.
Open the Profile section.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

The same steps work in the Android app. Deletion takes effect immediately and signs you out everywhere.

Before you delete: deletion is permanent. Any unused points and unpaid Listener earnings are forfeited — withdraw eligible earnings first from the Wallet.

Can't sign in? Request deletion by email

Email agentfiedlabs@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account" and include your registered phone number. We verify ownership and delete the account, normally within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your public profile (name, photo, bio, categories, rate).
Your phone number and private account data.
Wallet balances and your ledger history.
Your favourites and block lists.
Your sign-in — the account cannot be recovered or reused.

What is retained, and for how long

Payment, payout, and tax-relevant transaction records — retained for as long as applicable law (e.g. tax and accounting rules) requires.
Safety records (bans, abuse reports and their outcomes) — retained to keep the platform safe and prevent ban evasion.
A minimal deletion marker — retained so a deleted account cannot be re-created with the same identity.
